How long does shipping take?
We usually prepare an order in about 1–2 business days; expected transportation then takes 3–5 business days. Timing is an estimate rather than a promise because external carrier conditions may cause delay.

Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and exchange requests within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective product must be new and unused with original packaging, tags, accessories, and materials. Return by mail using the free return label included in the package; there is no restocking fee.

Send the order number, checkout email, details, and product and packaging photos or video. Exchanges depend on inventory.
When is a refund processed?
An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
