This shipping guidance applies to drinkware, bottles, hydration add-ons, coffee and tea accessories, and carry goods ordered here.
We usually prepare an order in about 1–2 business days; expected transportation then takes 3–5 business days. Timing is an estimate rather than a promise because external carrier conditions may cause delay.
Checkout determines whether shipping is free and displays any charge before payment. Please enter a deliverable address, current email, and phone number. Tracking can remain inactive until the carrier records its first scan.
If tracking stalls, a parcel appears lost, delivery is recorded but cannot be found, or packaging arrives damaged, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and images. We may ask the carrier to investigate. Some addresses, products, and destinations are restricted; orders without a safe service route can be cancelled and reimbursed.
