Both defective and non-defective merchandise may be returned, and customers may request an exchange.
A request must reach us during the 30 days following delivery. The product must be new and unused, preserved in its original state, with packaging, labels, accessories, and supplied contents.
The approved method is return by mail. The package contains a free return label and no restocking fee is charged. A non-defective return may follow a changed decision, personal preference, or wrong selection, while damage, defect, mis-shipment, missing parts, or a material description difference also qualify for review.
Do not mail an item until approval is issued. Start with the order number, checkout email, and issue details, adding photos or video of the item and package for damage, defect, wrong shipment, or missing pieces. Exchange fulfillment depends on stock. We process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
